US Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar is arguing passionately on behalf of the Biden regime to push vaccine mandates on large companies with 100 employees or more before the US Supreme Court.
On more than one occasion during the oral arguments this morning, the far-left Justice Sotomayer jumped in to either explain or justify an argument Ms. Prelogar was making on behalf of forcing Americans to be jabbed with the COVID vaccine. Sotomayer’s interruptions left many listening to the oral arguments wondering if she was listening to the arguments, or if she was actually helping Biden’s US Solicitor General to push her case?
Who is Elizabeth Prelogar?
In August 2021, Joe Biden nominated the acting Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar to be his administration’s top Supreme Court lawyer on a permanent basis.
Is it possible for Ms. Prelogar to work on behalf of all Americans as the US Solicitor General, or is she simply an activist working on behalf of a Socialist-Democratic Party agenda?
In 2012, Prelogar donated to Barack Obama’s second presidential campaign, and in 2016, she donated to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. She also performed in a mock trial with Brett Kavanaugh in 2016 before his nomination to the Supreme Court in the far-left’s attempts to destroy Justice Kavanaugh’s chances of being nominated.
Former Miss Iowa, Elizabeth Prelogar, began her career as a law clerk for AG Merrick Garland while a judge on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Ms. Prelogar later became a clerk for both Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Elena Kagan of the United States Supreme Court.
During her prior tenure at the Justice Department, Prelogar was tapped to serve on special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian meddling in the 2016 election as an assistant special counsel to Mueller.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Prelogar’s role in Robert Mueller’s investigation in the phony Russian Collusion fairytale. Prelogar was named in their “Complete List of Mueller’s Team of 13 Angry Democrats.” Elizabeth Prelogar also worked on Carpenter v. United States, a case pending before the Supreme Court that questions whether the government’s acquisition of cellphone records from cellphone providers violates the individual customer’s Fourth Amendment rights.
As vaccine mandate protests rage across the world, America has a leftist activist arguing on behalf of the United States about the importance of forcing individuals to accept a COVID jab into their bodies vs. giving them the ability to weigh the risks and accept the consequences based on their own judgment, as opposed to being forced to take the jab to keep their jobs.
