This morning, oral arguments are being heard by the United States Supreme Court regarding OSHA’s COVID vaccination mandate for large companies with 100 or more employees or COVID testing mandates. The Supreme Court is being asked to decide if the Biden administration has the power to ask OSHA to enforce such a mandate.
Unlike many of the other justices (except the far-left Justice Kagan), who’ve been asking relevant questions about the mandate, Justice Sotomayor appears to be using her time to make ridiculous statements in her efforts to aid the Biden regime in their push for vaccine mandates. When she does ask a question, she frequently interrupts the lawyer
Sotomayor took her arguments on behalf of forcing Americans to receive vaccines as a way to keep their jobs and feed their families a bit too far when she made a grossly inaccurate statement (she lied) about how COVID-19 is affecting the health of children.
Listen:
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton tweeted that the Supreme Court should quickly issue a public correction to correct Sotomayor’s reckless statement after Shannon Bream from Fox News reported her statement in a tweet:
J. Sotomayor says over 100K children in serious condition, “many on ventilators” #SCOTUS
The Supreme Court should quickly issue a public correction to this incorrect information. https://t.co/j2o04JHL2j

On Monday, the American Academy of Pediatrics reported a sharp rise in pediatric Covid-19 cases. At least 325,340 cases were reported during the week of Dec. 23, compared with 198,551 patients during the week of Dec. 16. While serious illness from Covid is still rare for younger children, the sheer number of new cases worries doctors.
The CDC chart below shows the most recent COIVD-related death count based on age in America:
Justice Sotomayor’s behavior today has been nothing short of embarrassing. While other Supreme Court Justices like Justice Thomas have asked important questions and left the lawyers they’ve asked to respond, Sotomayor has repeatedly interrupted those who provide an argument in opposition to her views.
