Back in December, the FDA requested they be given 75 years to review and release all the data on Pfizer to the public. Now, a federal judge has ruled that they have just over 8 months to turn in the data.
The FDA initially said it could produce 500 pages a month of relevant documents, out of the 329,000 in total. This initial rate meant it would take 75 years to fully review and release the Pfizer vaccine’s data to the American public.
The federal judge has now ruled that the FDA is to release a drastically greater number of 55,000 pages per month. According to a blog post by the lead lawyer representing the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), the judge “recognized that the release of this data is of paramount public importance”.
The judge also quoted both James Madison and John F. Kennedy, respectively, saying that a “popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy”, and that a “nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.”

The lawyer for the PHMPT, Aaron Siri, wrote: “This is a great win for transparency and removes one of the strangleholds federal ‘health’ authorities have had on the data needed for independent scientists to offer solutions and address serious issues with the current vaccine program—issues which include waning immunity, variants evading vaccine immunity, and, as the CDC has confirmed, that the vaccines do not prevent transmission.”
This is a major win for the PHMPT, the group of public health professionals who filed the initial FOIA request. But this is also a major win for the American people, who are being forced to get a vaccine before the information and data on it is fully released to the public.
