Burger King employee pulls a GUN on drive thru customers in dispute over payment

A Michigan Burger King employee is facing felony firearm charges after he took out a handgun and pointed it at a trio of drive-thru customers in a fight over how they would pay for their food, police said.

Dustin Rocheleau, 24, was charged this week for an incident on April 28, when he was working the drive-thru at a Burger King on Seven Mile Road in Livonia.

Police said he allegedly pointed a gun at three customers sitting in their car after what cops said was a disagreement over payment method.

The customers then sped off and called 911.

On Saturday, the Livonia Police Department released surveillance footage of the incident, which shows Rocheleau handing the customers what appears to be change, and then quickly pulling a gun from his pants.

Another employee then steps up behind him and tells him to leave.

Police said they found and arrested Rocheleau nearby the Burger King shortly after, and found the handgun in his backpack.

Body camera footage of the arrest shows them handcuffing Rocheleau, who can be heard telling the officers: 'You guys got yourself a nice bust today, I'll tell you that.'

As they search his backpack and come across the gun he says, 'You guys are about to have a field day with this one. You guys are about to love these bags.'
