Trump supporters and counter-protesters clash during MAGA march through Manhattan as NYPD arrest at least three people

A march of dozens of Donald Trump supporters through Manhattan was bombarded by counter-protesters on Wednesday, leading to clashes and at least three arrests.

The pro-Trump group of about 50 people marched down Broadway and ended up around City Hall and Wall Street at 4pm where they displayed a flag that said 'Trump: Law and Order' and recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Police wearing blue riot helmets were seen surrounding the Trump supporters, who were wearing red MAGA hats and police solidarity shirts, as they marched through the street. It's not clear what group was behind the rally.

However, chaos erupted when counter-protesters arrived to the scene and reportedly began disrupting the rally.

Police armed with batons and protective riot gear were seen tackling people to the ground and dragging them away from the scene.

Three people detained were young students, according to Copwatch Patrol Units who were watching the demonstration and counter protest pass by.

Video from the scene shows cops detain three young people said to be students. The officers seem to arrest at least of two of those students for swearing.

The march took place just two weeks before the November 3 election. A Trump impersonator was at the scene posing with fans and attendees were seen wearing 'F*** Antifa' shirts and carrying 'Indonesia 4 Trump' posters.
