A Brooklyn man who said he didn’t “give a f–k” after he was arrested for the cold-blooded fatal shooting of three men cowered in a cell refusing to come out Monday as he was sentenced to 90 years to life in prison.
Defense attorney Mario Romano told Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Neil Firetog that his client, convicted killer Allen Cooper, refused to leave the holding cell because he didn’t want to be seen in his jailhouse duds.
Yet Judge Firetog ripped into Cooper for doing everything he could to dodge his fate.
“I find that your client is trying to avoid sentencing,” the jurist seethed before throwing the book at the 33-year-old.
Cooper was convicted of fatally shooting alleged rivals Lacount Simmons, 39, and Calvin Clinkscales, 43 in Fort Greene in 2015.
Bullets also truck and killed 76-year-old innocent bystander Herbert Brown.
“I don’t give a f–k. I’m here and they not,” Cooper chillingly said following his arrest in April 2016.
“This defendant chose to settle a score with a gun, killing two men and tragically striking a senior citizen who just happened to be in the area, killing him too,” DA-elect Eric Gonzalez said in a statement. “This ruthless violence makes the defendant unfit to be part of our community.”
