25-year-old Garrett Gee from Utah sold his mobile scanning app QR to Snapchat for $54 million in 2014. He had a chat with his wife Jessica, 29, about what they were going to do from now on. They decided to sell all their possessions and go traveling around the world with their two kids: Dorothy, 3, and Manilla, 1. They also decided to use only the $45,000 they made in their garage sale to fund their traveling.
Thy made a bucket list of places they wanted to visit and it's been already 9 months since their journey began. But they've already saw tons of amazing places, experienced great things and met many new people.
Garrett said: "We’ve learned to find happiness with less, and we’ve become more open-minded and open-hearted. We’ve learned about other cultures and where they seek happiness. Good, happy people, I’ve learned, come from everywhere."
